The key responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the required authorisations for aircraft and aircraft components maintained in their area
- Responsible for the quality of work carried out by themselves and non-certifying technicians under their supervision
- Responsible for the accurate compilation of documentation and the certification of maintenance carried out within the scope of their authority
- Ensure that all documentation used during maintenance is of the correct revision status
- Ensure that they remain current with all amendments to Company Procedures/Manuals and all other relevant technical data provisions
- Ensure all tools used during maintenance are properly controlled and calibrated
- Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the work areas under their control
- Required to undertake aircraft towing operations after training
- Assist with the receipt and dispatch of stores as directed by the storeman
- Liaise with the Shift Supervisor and/ or the GSE Coordinator with regards to all periodic inspections and calibrations of tools and equipment held at the base
- When nominated, take charge of an aircraft operating away from a main base including the satisfactory, efficient and timely completion of all maintenance arising in addition to any significant component changes and/or modifications
- Must observe employee responsibilities to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policy within their area

Qualifications and key skills
- A UKCAA Part 66 Licence, preferably with a AW109 and/or AW169 Type Rating
- An awareness of MSDS and COSHH requirements
- Be computer literate - experience of AMOS MRO software is preferred but not essential
- Good Communications skills as the role will be required to communicate internally and externally to persons outside of their discipline, at all levels
- The ability to work within a team, which may include tasks outside their trade discipline
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism with the ability to work unsupervised

- Desirable current Human Factors Training and proof of Initial Human Factors Training, EWIS and FTS.

The Role:
With a project pipeline for 2024 growing increasingly quickly the organization is currently in search of a proficient ERP Consultant to join their team. As a functional consultant, you will work closely with our customers and have the ability to understand their needs and be their advisor and sparring partner.

Your Responsibilities:
- Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the ERP implementation from start to finish.
- Analysis of the customers processes
- Developing and devising the design of the ERP system
- Setting up, configuring and documenting the ERP system
- Developing test scripts and assisting our customers in testing
- Advising and implementing initiatives with regard to process optimization
- Oversee the coherence of the business processes and the application landscape in order to give good advice to the customer.

Your Skills:
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions (IFS Ultimo, Hexagon, IBM Maximo, SAP, IFS, API PRO or similar)
- Experience with ERP Systems (Logistics/purchasing), MES or warehouse management.
- Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish and English

Our client is a leading aerospace company committed to excellence in aviation services. With a focus on safety, innovation, and reliability, they provide a range of aviation solutions to their clients. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer B1.3/C for their Base operation team.

Responsibilities: 
As a Senior Engineer B1.3/C, you will be responsible for overseeing and conducting base maintenance activities on a variety of rotary-wing aircraft. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Performing inspections, troubleshooting, and rectification of aircraft defects.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities.

Requirements: 
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Hold a valid EASA Part-66 B1.3/C license.
- Extensive experience in base maintenance of rotary-wing aircraft.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
