Experienced B2 Licence Engineer

£55,000 - £60,000 Salary

We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2 Engineer to join an expanding team at their Northampton Main Base facility. As the core of their heavy maintenance operations, you will oversee a diverse fleet of VIP and Air Ambulance aircraft, including AW109 and AW169 variants stationed both locally and at line stations. 
  
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise B2 maintenance activities and teams, ensuring operational excellence.
- Execute and certify a variety of aircraft maintenance tasks.
- Conduct Line maintenance activities, emphasizing efficient defect rectification.
- Foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the department.

Consistent Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 0830-1700
- Generous Leave Policy:
