We are a specialist recruitment agency seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Future Mobility brand in the US. This is a unique opportunity to work within one of the mostexciting and innovative industries, focusing on Electronics and Electrical Engineering for cutting-edge electrification and zero-emission transport companies.

About the Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, youwill be instrumental in sourcing top talent for pioneering businesses across the EV, eVTOL, Hydrogen Flight, Electric Marine, Drones, UAV/UAS, and Space sectors. You will develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, driving placements in this rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry players within the Future Mobility sector.
• Source, screen, and engage high-caliber professionals in Electronics and Electrical Engineering roles.
• Provide market insights and expert advice to both clients and candidates.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth.

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within engineering, technology, or future mobility sectors.
• A strong understanding of electronics and electrical engineering in industries such as EV, aerospace, marine, or robotics.
