Our dedicated Cleantech division is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) practice within the DACH region.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Develop and manage client relationships within the Battery Energy Storage sector across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Identify and attract top talent for high-impact roles within BESS, from technical specialists to senior leadership.
• Build and execute tailored recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs.
• Drive business development efforts, expanding our client portfolio and positioning our Cleantech brand as a market leader.
• Provide market insights and advisory services to clients and candidates.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets with a lucrative commission structure.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Cleantech, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or Technology sectors.
• A strong understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems and the broader energy transition landscape.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and talent acquisition.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed in a fast-growing sector.
