What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruitment consultants within the Future Mobility sector.
• Managing and growing a specialist recruitment desk focused on Mechanical Design roles.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients in the EV, eVTOL, hydrogen flight, electric marine, drones, UAVs, and space sectors.
• Sourcing and placing top-tier talent in cutting-edge engineering and design positions.
• Driving business development and establishing partnerships with key players in the industry.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends to identify new opportunities and market demands.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, mobility, or high-tech industries.
• Leadership or team management experience, with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH market and a network within mechanical design and future mobility sectors.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Passion for emerging technologies and innovation in electrification and zero-emission transport.
• Fluent in English (German is a strong advantage).
