We are working exclusively with a global IFS ERP implementation specialist with 15+ offices in 3 different continents. They are looking for multiple professionals in various disciplines to join their rapidly growing Belgium Office.
  
They are looking for specialists with IFS experience across all modules from both End-user backgrounds and implementation consulting. 
  
Main responsibilities:
- You support customers in all project phases, from conceptual design to implementation in operations
- You conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align IFS solutions with business initiatives
- You assume responsibility for topics and sub-projects
- You have the opportunity to contribute to studies, publications, market analyses, sales & marketing topics, proposal preparation, and expansion of service offerings
  
Your skillset:
- Multiple years of experience working with the various applications of IFS including* IFS apps 7.5, 8, 9, 10 EE/Aurena, IFS Cloud, IFS EAM, IFS FSM*

Cubiq are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pathology/Healthcare LIMS Project Manager to join one of our clients on a permanent basis, to facilitate the delivery of their projects with NHS customers.
 
Working for a market leading professional services provider in Digital Healthcare, the successful applicant will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale NHS customer projects relating to LIMS and Pathology IT systems on-time, to customer specification, and within budget.
 
Prior experience in the Project Management of LIMS or Pathology IT solutions into public healthcare is essential for this role, along with relevant qualifications such as Prince2. The position is primarily home-based within the UK but will also require intermittent travel to customer site in line with project needs.
 
Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects on time to the required customer specification and within agreed timelines and budgets
- Liaise and manage relationships with all project stakeholders including Healthcare Organisations and other third-party suppliers where there is a Prime contractor involvement
- Produce and maintain all project documentation in accordance with PRINCE2 methodology (e.g., Project Initiation Document, Highlight reports, Project Plans etc)
- Provide weekly project updates for the Programme Manager (and Prime Contractor where required) highlighting any contentious issues / risks and project RAG status
- Maintain the project risk logs, managing and mitigating our exposure to associated risks and escalate as appropriate
- Ensure project documents and Customer sign offs on all phases of work are complete, current, and appropriately stored
- Ensure all post project activities are completed and the project closure checklist is completed
- Collaborate closely with all appropriate project stakeholders to ensure they have a clear understanding of the Project; objectives, timescales and that project team members fully understand their individual roles and responsibilities; provide motivation on project delivery
- Ensure that any new elements or upgrades of software and hardware are fully tested and user acceptance is signed before installation is allowed to ‘go live’.
- Deal with customer issues and resolve as appropriate
- Provide PM cover for Project go lives and Project RFCs - this may include out of hours cover including weekends and evenings when necessary

Experience:
- 3+ years of project management experience delivering LIMS or Pathology IT implementations or upgrades within a healthcare setting (preferably NHS)
- Prince 2 or equivalent project management qualification
- Understanding of the pathology domain and associated challenges to successful project delivery
- Ability to travel within the UK in line with customer needs

ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Accurately complete the aircraft technical logbook, maintenance documentation, work packages, and zonal handovers within prescribed timescales, in conjunction with the Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
- Report any technical issues, discrepancies, or other concerns to the Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within assigned work areas.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company processes, and procedures.
- Report all incidents and occurrences in the Safety Management System.
- Be prepared to undertake any reasonable activities as required, including assignments away from London Gatwick.

The Technical Engineer serves as the primary contact for my clients production staff at London Gatwick, overseeing the preparation and execution of customer maintenance tasks. This position involves a rotating 12-hour day shift at their London Gatwick Hangar facility
 
Responsibilities:
- Technical Query Resolution:
- Triage and resolve technical queries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
- Liaise with OEMs and customers as needed.
- Customer Representation:
- Represent the Gatwick team at all required customer meetings.
- Serve as the main contact for customer technical representatives to meet their requirements.
- Collaboration with Production Planning:
- Work closely with the Production Planning Team to ensure deliverable plans are executed.
- Assist Production Planning during periods of sickness and leave.
- Role in Growth and Improvement:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures.
- Support project work aimed at continuous improvement.
- Technical Assistance:
- Provide technical support for Line and Base maintenance operations at London Gatwick.
- Offer an escalation path for technical queries at any supported Line or Base maintenance at London Gatwick.
- Liaison Support:
- Act as a liaison between the customer and/or CAMO during maintenance activities.
- Technical Assessments:
- Assess customer-provided work scopes to ensure they fall within capability.
- Consider potential challenges such as required skills, tooling, access requirements, and NDT.
- Maintenance Data Oversight:
- Oversee the transcription of customer/CAMO maintenance data into approved work packs.
- Ensure the accuracy of all supplied data from customers/CAMO.
- OEM Communication:
- Communicate with the OEM/Type Certificate Holder on behalf of the customer if required.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Monitor compliance through sampling.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a Base Maintenance / Modifications Technical Services role is highly desirable.
- Previous experience of using the AMOS system is preferable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Previous experience with major structural and/or avionic modification inputs is desirable.
- Experience working with 737, 787, and/or 777 aircraft is preferable.
- Hold an EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 Licence and/or an Aircraft Engineering Degree.

About the opportunity:

The Principal Calibration Engineer will be responsible for leading core calibration methods of Hybrid and Fully Electric Powertrains for a range of vehicles, with the aim of balancing performance, energy consumption, NVH and drivability.
