UK Industrial Food Sales Manager

Salary – c£60,000 - £65,000 15% Bonus.
Location – REMOTE, UK based

If you relish the idea of designing your own sales team to expand the businesses portfolio of food manufacturing customers within England, Scotland & Wales, then this may be the role for you.

The Candidate:
- Proven background selling proteins into food manufacturers across the UK.
- You must have the right to work in the UK to apply.
- Positive, enthusiastic approach to leading and developing the sales team.
- This would suit someone with a senior sales background from a big hitter that supplies fresh protein products to the UK food manufacturing market and can bring on board industry contacts.
- Having an understanding of the technical requirements within food manufacturing.
- Candidate must be able to give strong examples of listings won and YOY growth.

The Role:
- Increasing volume, market share and profitability of the business.
- Successfully winning new business.
- Proactively manage Key Accounts, including client visits, gap identification, identifying product issues the customer is having.
- Develop consumer marketing plans for the products in line with the business’s overall strategy.
- Ensure any/all ambassadors remain completely focussed and committed to the growth of the products.
- Homebased with occasional travel to customers.
