Trials & Customer Demonstration Manager

Location: Isle of Wight (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Trials & Customer Demonstration Manager to lead complex technical demonstrations and trials for cutting-edge vehicle-scale technology. You will work with a mix of proprietary embedded electronic products (sensors, cameras) and off-the-shelf equipment, installed on test vehicles (armored/wheeled) or in display environments. This role requires recent experience in a similar industry or military setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain product demonstration resources (vehicles, IT equipment)
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Vehicle & Safety teams for trials and demonstrations
- Plan and execute demonstrations, handling everything from installation to documentation
- Train staff and partners on product functionality and equipment setup
- Support international trials with logistical planning, including export/import documentation
- Occasional UK/European travel and physical work, including equipment installation and heavy lifting

Requirements:
- Experience in technical demonstrations, trials, or military projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clean UK driving license
- Willingness to travel (UK and abroad) and perform hands-on work
