We are working with a London based startup who’s cloud platform provides data driven market intelligence to retail and e-commerce businesses, recently voted as one of the globes top 10 startups to watch with ambitions to become a tech unicorn. The platform uses AI and algorithms to uncover insights and prioritize the actions users should take to capture additional profits, across key areas including price, customer targeting and product range. Their aim is to provide smaller and SME businesses with the decision science capabilities of digital natives like Amazon.
  
Set up by former Directors from the big four, the leadership knows the retail analytics market very well with five existing customers that include NFL franchises and leading toymakers. Funding is also set for at least the next two years and they are currently raising an additional £25M through a series A.
  
They are looking to add a self driven and autonomous Senior Product Manager to their growing team as they look to bridge the gap in the wider market, particularly in the digital channels. To give insight into the role you will co-develop their web based platform, shaping the vision, roadmap and core components of the bleeding-edge analytics platform. You will understand the market and users, so a background in retail data & analytics or the e-commerce industry is preferred.

You will take full responsibility for their intelligence module in developing the proposition, market fit and build KPI’s, from vision through to delivery. They’re looking for a critical thinker, focused on the why, to be strategic in balancing priorities and problem solving fully understanding the customer.
  
The team is diverse in its background and you will work directly with the CEO, CTO and head of product, and a cross functional team of engineers, data scientists and UX/ design.
  
Salary is flexible and is made up of stock options and discretionary bonuses.
