Salary: €75,000 - €95,000 Depending on Experience

We are currently engaged in an exciting collaboration with an exceptional Microsoft Partner specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement) solutions. This company is in a pivotal phase of their Nationwide growth, with a strong focus on professional services and manufacturing industries. They have recently become part of a wider group, which will only bolster their presence and capabilities.
*Responsibilities: *
· Lead and shape project implementations within the Dynamics CE platform, with a primary focus on Customer Experience projects, from analysis through testing to go-live.
· Collaborate with our clients' experienced sales team to present and implement CRM solutions, specializing in marketing, sales, and customer service aspects, to win customers.
· Advise customers with innovative solutions, specializing in marketing, sales, and customer service, with a strong emphasis on enhancing overall customer experience.
· Expand our clients' service portfolio in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, particularly within the customer experience domain, with creative solutions that leverage the Microsoft Power Platform.
· Drive process optimization within the customer experience module and actively contribute to the development of industry standards for best practices.
· Take on diverse technical responsibilities related to Dynamics CE, including partial project management.
· Make a valuable contribution to our financial success by carefully managing cost calculations and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
*Requirements: *
· Substantial professional experience in management consulting or executing CRM solutions, with a strong focus on Customer Experience projects within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
· Possess experience implementing Dynamics CRM/CE into multiple industries.
· Proficient in agile project methodologies with a passion for delivering process-centric advice within the context of enhancing customer experiences.
· Ability to gauge effort and effectively oversee customer experience-related sub-projects or workstreams.
· Foundational familiarity with technologies such as .NET/ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET), SQL Server (T-SQL), Reporting Services (SSRS), and JavaScript.
· Either already hold or actively pursue a Microsoft certification in CRM/CE within the customer experience module.
· Stand out due to your commitment to quality, ability to thrive within a collaborative team, and results-driven work ethic.
· Excel as a consultant, showcasing outstanding communication skills, adept consulting capabilities, and a persuasive and resolute demeanour.
· Bring forth enthusiasm and enjoyment in collaborating with emerging technologies and like-minded peers.
· Display adaptability and a readiness to engage in travel, facilitating face-to-face interactions.
· Leverage your proficiency in both German and English to excel in Nationwide projects.
