An Elite HubSpot Partner in Germany is looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant who specializes in HubSpot's Sales, Service, and Marketing modules. This candidate will be helping to grow the Business Consulting team with management opportunities in the future.
  
Key Responsibilities - Senior Business Consultant - HubSpot:
  
- Conduct Pre-Sales activities, including analysing client requirements and demonstrating HubSpot solutions.
- Lead Project Management initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of HubSpot modules and other projects.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and alignment of project objectives.
- Perform comprehensive business process analyses to develop custom solutions, primarily focused on HubSpot but also involving other platforms and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service across various projects.
- Monitor and report on the progress of all projects, addressing issues and adapting to scope changes.
- Offer expert advice and training to clients on HubSpot modules and related business solutions.
- Balance consulting best practices, including effective management of billable hours and project diversification.
  
Qualifications - Senior Business Consultant - HubSpot:
  
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Consulting, with a strong focus on HubSpot and other business technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of HubSpot Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, and familiarity with other business solutions like Customer Data Platforms like Adobe.
- Proficient in Pre-Sales, Project Management, and Stakeholder Management.
- Ability to analyse and customize business processes for varied solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written.
