Salesforce Support Consultant

Salary: 50,000€ - 65,000 € Dependant on experience

We have just partnered with a world-renowned estate agency based in Germany to recruit a Salesforce Support Consultant to join the team in Frankfurt.
 
Responsibilities – Salesforce Support Consultant:

• Frontline User Assistance: Act as the go-to person for resolving user queries and challenges.
• Ensuring Excellence: Execute detailed testing of our platforms, pre and post updates, to assure our custom developments are of the highest quality.
• Platform Supervision: Constantly observe the platform for issues, track how users adapt, and oversee user profiles.
• Enhancing Processes: Analyse and debate business processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and devise solutions to boost efficiency.
• Training Expertise: Conduct systematic training for users to maximize their proficiency in Salesforce and other systems.
• Documentation and Development: Aid in producing and maintaining vital documentation, training content, and test strategies*.*   Requirements – Salesforce Support Consultant  
• Experience in a support role focused on the Salesforce Platform.
• CRM Expertise: Solid experience in CRM platform development, ideally with Salesforce.
• Clear Communicator: Exceptional clarity and precision in communication, both within our team and in educating users.
• Analytical Mindset: Robust analytical abilities to identify and implement improvements in processes.
• User-Centric Explanation Skills: Talent for explaining complex business processes in an easy-to-understand manner to platform users.
