Responsibilities: Salesforce Consulting Team Leader
  
As the Salesforce Consulting Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and overseeing projects across the core Salesforce clouds. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of skilled Salesforce consultants, fostering collaboration and driving exceptional performance.
- Core Salesforce Projects: Oversee the successful implementation and management of projects focused on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other core Salesforce clouds.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic solutions using the suite of core Salesforce products.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping and requirement gathering to designing and executing effective solutions.
- Best Practices: Champion best practices and ensure the highest quality standards are upheld throughout all projects.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong Salesforce background with a focus on core Salesforce cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have:
- Core Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience in successfully leading and implementing projects across the core Salesforce clouds.
- Salesforce Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, capabilities, and integration possibilities for core clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team of consultants to achieve outstanding results.
- Project Management: Experience in project management, ensuring timely delivery, and adherence to budgets.
- German Fluency: Fluent in German (written and spoken) to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about complex business challenges.
