Salary: €60,000 - €85,000 Dependant on Experience

We are looking to add a Salesforce Consultant to their team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to their clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse business processes, and design/implement scalable solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful client engagements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
Responsibilities: Salesforce Consultant
·      Support the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
·      Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, needs, and objectives, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
·      Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices, industry trends, and Salesforce capabilities to maximize their return on investment.
·      Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project progress, gather requirements, and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
·      Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior consultants, assisting them in their professional growth and skill development.
·      Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
·      Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, scoping, and estimation for new opportunities.
·      Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to existing solutions.
 
Requirements: 
·      Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
·      Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
·      Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and potentially development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Process Builder, and Flow.
·      Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales, and service operations, as well as broader business processes.
·      Experience with integration techniques between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware.
·      Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
·      Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams at all levels.
·      Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
·      Experience in leading small teams and mentoring junior consultants.
·      Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the Salesforce ecosystem.
