We are currently engaged with on an exclusive basis to recruit a Salesforce Administrator. Our client, a dynamic company in the midst of a Salesforce transformation journey, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team on a hybrid basis. If you're passionate about Salesforce, have experience with Sales Cloud, and are eager to dive into Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations, this role is the perfect match!
About the Role: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be at the forefront of our client's Salesforce implementation journey. With a focus on Sales Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, enhancing user experiences, and contributing to the success of their sales operations. What's more, you'll have the exciting opportunity to be part of upcoming Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations, making your mark on the entire Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements for Sales Cloud implementation.
· Customize and administer Salesforce to align with business needs, ensuring smooth adoption.
· Maintain data integrity and accuracy while optimizing system efficiency.
· Develop insightful reports, interactive dashboards, and effective workflows.
· Provide end-user training and exceptional technical support.
· Leverage your Sales Cloud expertise to guide successful implementation.
· Set the stage for seamless Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud rollouts.
Salesforce Administrator – Required Experience:
· Proven track record as a Salesforce Administrator, driving impactful solutions.
· German language skills above C1 level and business level English.
· Proficiency in Sales Cloud is a must; prior Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud exposure is highly valued.
· Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices and standards.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
· Any Salesforce certifications you hold will be advantageous.
· Experience with integrations between other platforms like ERP’s etc will be a huge plus!
