Responsibilities:
- Principle lead for the management of all rotatable core parts across the UK enterprise
- Ensuring the prompt management of all off-core and backs from the maintenance facilities and processing them back through the supply chain to the appropriate vendors and 3rd party suppliers on time avoiding penalty clauses
- The evaluation of removed aircraft parts and components for overhaul, repair, refurbishment, or scrap actions and determining appropriate third-party repair facilities
- Monitor and expedite core returns from internal and external customers
- Evaluate all removed parts and components for potential warranty submission. Complete and Submit warranty claims based on vendors requirements. Process warranty parts for return shipment to applicable vendors
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims submitted to vendors. Negotiate extensions, credits, or billings as necessary
- Overhaul/Repair Gama owned cores and maintain an increasing exchange parts inventory
- Completion of Dangerous Goods (DG) paperwork for the fright distribution of DG items iaw ADR & IATA and ensure all consignment of Dangerous Goods (DG) to and from vendors / outstations are in with these regulations
- Ensure updates are delivered to the RoW MRO Facilities as needed
- Forward planning and coordination with engineering and outstations are conducted to ensure the swift and effective movement of rotatable is maintained as requested

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Experience and understanding of aviation tooling and commercial purchasing
- Experience and understanding of aviation compliance requirements
- Confidence and ability to work with suppliers / vendors and engineering teams
- Possess excellent computer skills and competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be a team player and able to work without supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
