Principal Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for hands-on IC's at the forefront of Recommender System data science. There are 6 vacancies; Lead of AI, Lead of Infrastructure, and 4x MLE (Staff/Principal level).

The Role
All positions are hands-on, especially in the first 3 months. This team is being built with individual contributors that have worked at the state-of-the-art within RecSys/Ranking.
  
The product has been developed over the past 5 years, and is up and running. The next step is to elevate the machine learning elements that will power the ongoing growth of the platform. The current state-of-the-art methodologies need to be implemented, with a long-term focus on innovation.
  
The company uses classical elements of eCommerce, but also integrates methods from social networking, video-streaming, generative AI, and the way in which retail products are delivered and tracked (logistics).
  
There also needs to be considerations on scalability. The company already has millions of monthly active users, and this is due to explode across the rest of 2024.
