Payroll Analyst

Pay rate: £20-£30 an hour (Inside of IR35) 
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract -16 months initially 

We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in aerospace innovation for an International Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across multiple European countries, with a strong focus on UK payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with external payroll providers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
- Validate and analyze payroll data in line with local regulations.
- Prepare and manage complex payroll reports.
- Oversee payroll processes for new business locations.
- Enhance payroll systems, processes, and compliance standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related projects and employee inquiries.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of international payroll experience, including UK payroll.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday and timekeeping tools preferred.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
