PACS Support Specialist

We are currently looking to speak to candidates in relation to an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare IT solution provider.
  
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of healthcare IT and have strong knowledge of PACS & RIS, experienced in delivering healthcare IT Implementations within public and private healthcare.
  
Ideally you will be you be a subject matter expert in a PACS & RIS and understand the challenges with working with back-end technologies, in addition to having a very strong technical background, you will need to have experience that will allow the successful candidate to work alongside the support and project teams while demonstrating strong product, workflow, and domain knowledge.
  
Key responsibilities:
- Install, configure and commission PACS solutions
- Work with the integration team to advise customers of the specifications given by an Integrations Architect and team leads
- Attending on site and video meeting and provide updates
- Providing support to customers on high level incidents and requests
Key skills:
- Deep understanding of Healthcare IT
- Must have previous experience of PACS & RIS Implementations
- Understanding of HL7 and DICOM
- Ideally have experience of SQL, VMware and Linux.
