Overview: Our client, a prominent consulting partner renowned for their expertise in customer experience, is in an exciting phase of growth. They are seeking an adept Lead Dynamics CE Consultant, with a specialization in both the Service and Field Service modules. This remote role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact from any location within Germany.
 
Your Role: As a Lead Dynamics CE Consultant, you will:

·      Spearhead project implementations in both the Service and Field Service modules of Dynamics CE, from planning to execution.
·      Lead agile teams to develop and implement effective customer solutions in service and field service domains.
·      Assist the sales team in showcasing and delivering Dynamics CE solutions in Service and Field Service areas.
·      Innovate in service and field service operations, enhancing our Dynamics 365 CE service offerings.
·      Optimize processes within the Service and Field Service modules, adhering to best industry practices.
·      Manage project costs and maintain budget adherence.
·      Lead and manage a team of up to 4 professionals, with expectations for team growth.
 
Lead Dynamics CE Consultant: To excel in this role, you should have:

·      A bachelor’s degree
·      6-8 years extensive experience in consulting or implementing CRM solutions, focusing on the Service and Field Service modules of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
·      Strong understanding of agile project methodologies, particularly in service and field service processes.
·      Knowledge in .NET/ASP.NET, SQL Server, SSRS, and JavaScript.
·      Microsoft certification in CRM/CE, especially in the Service and Field Service modules, is advantageous.
·      Proficient communication skills in both German and English for effective collaboration in European projects.
·      A team-oriented, results-driven work ethic.
·      Demonstrated experience in line and people management within project environments.
