IT Technician

Coventry – (5 days on-site)
Salary GBP - up to £30,000

Must have a Driving License and access to a vehicle

The Role
Our client is looking for an IT Technician to join their team, presenting an excellent chance for professional growth within a thriving in-house company. As a vital team member, you will handle 1st & 2nd Line Support and engage with new technologies for internal users.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1st and 2nd Line hands-on Support to internal users resolving software, hardware, and business application problems
- Provide IT Systems support for internal employees, addressing a variety of IT issues
- Troubleshoot and administer networking issues
- Conduct training sessions for new applications and software
- Work closely with the IT team on new projects and rollouts

Technical Requirements:
- Previous IT Support experience 1-2+ years (Telephone/Email/Face-to-Face Support)
- Working within a ticket-based environment SLAs
- Basic Troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11
- Strong customer/client service skills
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Office 365 Management experience
- IT Certifications (CompTIA, MCP, etc.) are a plus
