The Role
They are looking to add an IT Team Leader to the current Support team where you will be managing IT Operations and an existing IT Team.

Responsibilities/Skills:
- Provide IT support for staff across Networking and IT Systems
- Manage 2 direct reports (Management Experience needed)
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy covering networks, software, ERP, hardware, servers, and backup systems
- Project manage and develop IT infrastructure
- Implement M365 practices, providing guidance and advice on the appropriate use of software tools
- Manage department performance through KPI
- Develop Disaster Recovery plans
- Establish relationships with technology vendors
- Implement an IT budget

Desirable skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI
