As an IFS Support Analyst working within the IT team, your primary responsibility is to offer technical and functional support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure the smooth operation of the IFS ERP System.
Your role will also involve contributing to the continuous improvement of the ERP system. While prior familiarity with ERP systems (specifically IFS and Oracle SQL), Power BI, and Crystal is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
This role provides an opportunity to gain insights into various aspects of the business, making it suitable for individuals looking to broaden their understanding of a functioning organization.
The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, analytical, results-oriented, and open to tackling new challenges. Building strong working relationships with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, is essential. Additionally, the ability to learn quickly and solve problems naturally is highly valued. Strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines are crucial.
Qualifications for this role include a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience in roles related to analysis, project management, or change management will be considered as well. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· ERP System (IFS) Support:
· Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting system-related problems.
· Collaborate closely with the IT team and other departments to support the maintenance of the ERP system.
· Employ logical and analytical problem-solving approaches to find solutions.
· Assist in configuring and customizing the ERP system to meet business requirements.
· Collaborate with testing teams to ensure comprehensive system testing and issue resolution.
· Support colleagues in project scoping, implementation, and delivery.
· Assist in documenting business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively for successful project outcomes.
· Provide support for end-user training.

Work Environment:
While a hybrid working arrangement is available, with the option for a mix of office and remote work, individuals in this role may benefit more from being based on-site.
