IFS Support Analyst

Location: Kent, UK - Hybrid working

Joining our client's team as an IFS Specialist means taking charge of supporting ERP processes and executing approved engineering document changes and releases within a regulated environment, following standard operating procedures meticulously. This role demands strong organizational skills, adeptness with computers, and the capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for new IFS module implementations and initiatives across various business domains.
- Conduct investigations and develop configurations within the IFS framework.
- Assist in Requirement-gathering processes.
- Aid in System testing, including the creation of test scripts and user testing.
- Create documentation such as process flow diagrams and work instructions.
- Provide Go Live Support and Training sessions.
- Execute change activities and oversee the release of controlled documents.
- Perform updates to master data within the ERP system.
- Assist functional business areas by serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Trainer, and End-user trainer.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues.
- Contribute to business process improvement initiatives.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
  
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in general computer skills and standard office software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably IFS, and controlled change management processes.
- Strong organizational skills and a penchant for accurate record-keeping.
- Possession of an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous involvement in IFS implementation or upgrade projects is advantageous.
