We are working exclusively with an award-winning IFS Company who are going through a really exciting phase of company growth and projects. They are a global IFS Partner who are building and advancing their German and DACH region team.

They focus on ERP and FSM Projects and due to their demand, they are requiring people experienced with Service Management to join the team. They are looking for consultants with Service Management implementation experience in the following areas: Customer Care and Service Request Management, Scheduling & Dispatching Optimization, Mobilization of Order Processing / Field Service Management, Asset Management, contract and SLA Management, but also in project management or integration of service with ERP and CRM solutions.

The Role:
·      Support clients with their FSM projects
·      Analyse business processes 
·      Introduce IFS solutions to clients 
·      Opportunity to contribute to wider service offerings 
·      Work with the FSM management team 
·      Communicate with other departments to ensure a successful implementation
·      Opportunity to work on international implementations. 

Your Skills:
·      Must have experience in service management related solutions in at least one of the following areas: Contracting and SLA Management, Customer Request Management, Planning and Dispatching, Planning & Scheduling Optimization, Mobile Order Processing, Asset Management, IoT and data-based scenarios (predictive maintenance), or project management
·      Experience with IFS FSM would be beneficial 
·      Experience in delivering IT or FSM/CRM solutions 
·      Ability to design and analyse business processes 
·      Must speak fluent German and English.
