Our client is a premier IFS partner in Germany, specializing in delivering innovative ERP solutions to clients across diverse industries. As a trusted advisor, they are dedicated to helping organizations optimize their business processes and achieve their strategic objectives through the implementation and customization of IFS ERP software. They are currently seeking a talented and motivated IFS ERP Consultant to join their team and contribute to their continued success in the German market.

Position Overview 
As an IFS ERP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation, configuration, and support of IFS ERP solutions for clients. Working closely with the project teams and client stakeholders, you will leverage your expertise in IFS applications to deliver tailored solutions that address specific business requirements and drive operational excellence. With a focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivery, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses while advancing your career in ERP consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and challenges, and translate them into IFS ERP solutions.
·      Lead and participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and support.
·      Customize and configure IFS applications to meet client requirements, leveraging your knowledge of IFS tools and technologies.
·      Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure smooth transition to IFS ERP software.
·      Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after implementation, resolving technical issues and optimizing system performance.
·      Conduct end-user training sessions to facilitate adoption and maximize utilization of IFS ERP solutions.
·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
·      Stay abreast of industry trends, IFS product updates, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and expertise.
·      Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, workshops, and proposal development, to support business development efforts.
·      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their long-term success with IFS ERP software.

Qualifications:
·      Proven experience working as an IFS ERP Consultant, preferably within a consulting or partner environment.
·      Deep understanding of IFS applications, modules, and architecture, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support.
·      Strong technical skills, including proficiency in IFS tools such as IFS Applications Studio, IFS Configurator, and IFS Enterprise Explorer.
·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
·      Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
·      Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:
·      IFS certifications (e.g., IFS Applications Consultant, IFS Foundation Consultant).
·      Experience working with clients in manufacturing, automotive, construction, or other relevant industries.
·      Knowledge of related technologies and integrations, such as BI tools, IoT, and CRM systems.
·      Experience with agile or iterative project methodologies.
