About The Role:
I am partnered with one of the leading ERP implementation consultancies based in the Netherlands, and they are looking for an expert with a strong background and experience in business application knowledge, ERP support, and advanced analytical and communication skills to join their growing services team.
  
Key Responsibilities:
As an Application Manager for Managed Services, you will be challenged with registering, analysing, and resolving incoming incidents as efficiently as possible. The nature of these incidents can vary widely, often requiring complex solutions. Your primary responsibility is to address and resolve these issues to the best of your ability. Additionally, you will handle a range of tasks, including:
  
- Proactively contacting and maintaining communication with customers.
- Accurately logging and swiftly following up on various user queries from incoming service requests using our Service Management System.
- Implementing standard changes within the constraints of our standard software configuration.
- Escalating tickets to relevant colleagues when necessary and testing the solutions they provide.
  
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least an MBO diploma with experience in ICT, application management, or service desk roles.
- Alternatively, have experience with incident, change, and problem management, as well as first-line support (gained either through professional experience or education).
- Demonstrate knowledge of business software and systems. Experience with Lean methodologies and ERP software such as IFS, Microsoft, Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, or Acumatica is highly valued.
- Exhibit strong customer and service-oriented skills.
- Have proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- ITIL knowledge is considered an advantage.
