Location: Germany – Hamburg or Munich (you can choose which location)
Hybrid working – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to €100,000 per annum

About the opportunity
 
My client is a world-leading Aerospace business who are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Engineering Manager to lead a team of functional engineers for Part 25 Aircraft Development within the EASA framework.
 
This is a people management role, where fundamental aircraft engineering and Aerospace standards knowledge is essential.
 
Your team will initially consist of 3-4 people and your first objective will be to increase the team to around 12 people, whilst managing, motivating, and ensuring deliverables are met.
 
Deliverables
- People selection and management
- Ensuring Part 25 design and airworthiness targets are met
- Delivering complex engineering change programmes are delivered

Person Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Engineering Management for Type Design and Continuing Airworthiness for Part 25 aircraft
- Budget Management experience
- EASA Design office experience
- Excellent English language skills
- Must have full and unrestricted EU right to work
