The Role:
As an Electronics and Embedded Software Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent in the fields of electronics and embedded systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract high-quality candidates in the electronics and embedded software sectors.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the technical and cultural requirements of our clients.
- Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to both clients and candidates.
- Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client brief to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand your network and increase brand awareness.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record of placing candidates in electronics and/or embedded software roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the electronics and embedded software industries, including key skills, technologies, and market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and manage client expectations.
- Driven & Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support your colleagues.
