Salary: €90,000 - €100,000+ Dependant on Experience

We are currently engaged in an exciting collaboration with an exceptional Microsoft Partner who is in a pivotal phase of their company's European-focused growth. Their commitment involves establishing trusted partnerships and deploying CRM processes on the Power Platform across various business functions, leveraging the expertise of their experienced team and cutting-edge Microsoft technologies. We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Dynamics CE/CRM Solutions Architect who will take on a pivotal role in shaping the functional side of our client existing and new projects.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements for CRM projects, with a primary focus on the sales and field service modules, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their business needs.
· Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis through design, development, testing, and successful go-live, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
· Advocate for agile implementation methodologies, facilitating the swift transformation of concepts into practical, value-driven CRM solutions within the sales and field service modules.
· Work closely with the clients' experienced sales team to present CRM solutions effectively and oversee their implementation to win customers.
· Develop and propose innovative CRM solutions within the sales and field service modules, providing expert guidance in these specific areas within the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
· Expand our clients' service portfolio within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, with a strong emphasis on the sales and field service modules, by crafting creative and efficient solutions tailored to their unique requirements.
· Drive process optimization within CRM projects, setting industry standards for best practices, particularly in the sales and field service domains, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in solution delivery.
· Assume responsibilities related to project management, overseeing various project aspects, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Play a crucial role in managing project finances by accurately calculating costs, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring compliance with budget constraints.
Requirements:
· Hold a degree in a relevant subject.
· Possess substantial professional experience in areas like management consulting or the execution of CRM solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, particularly in the sales and field service modules.
· Demonstrate specialized knowledge in at least one of our primary sectors, encompassing retail, manufacturing, or professional services.
· Embrace a solid grasp of agile project methodologies and a passion for delivering process-centric advice, including the effective management of project teams.
· Exhibit proficiency in gauging effort and effectively overseeing sub-projects or workstreams, especially within the sales and field service domains, while also managing and mentoring team members.
· Demonstrate foundational familiarity with technologies, including .NET/ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET), SQL Server (T-SQL), Reporting Services (SSRS), and JavaScript, particularly as they relate to sales and field service solutions.
· Either already hold or actively pursue a Microsoft certification in CRM/CE, with a focus on the sales and field service modules.
· Stand out due to your commitment to quality, ability to thrive within a collaborative team, and results-driven work ethic, including the ability to lead and inspire project teams.
· Excel as a consultant, showcasing outstanding communication skills, adept consulting capabilities, and a persuasive and resolute demeanour while managing client relationships effectively.
· Bring forth enthusiasm and enjoyment in collaborating with emerging technologies, particularly in the context of sales and field service modules, and like-minded peers, while fostering a positive team environment.
· Display adaptability and a readiness to engage in travel, facilitating face-to-face interactions, and coordinate project teams effectively.
· Leverage your proficiency in both German and English to excel in European projects, facilitating clear communication and collaboration within multicultural teams.
