Senior Dynamics CRM Marketing Consultant – German-Speaking

We are currently engaged in an exciting collaboration with an exceptional Microsoft Partner who is in a pivotal phase of their company's European-focused growth. Their commitment involves establishing trusted partnerships and deploying CRM processes specifically within the Marketing module of Dynamics CE on the Power Platform across various business functions, leveraging the expertise of their experienced team and cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.
 
*Responsibilities: *
·      Lead and shape project implementations within the Marketing module of Dynamics CE, from analysis through testing to go-live.
·      Promote agile implementation methodologies to swiftly turn marketing concepts into customer value.
·      Collaborate with our clients' experienced sales team to present and implement CRM marketing solutions to win customers.
·      Advise customers with innovative marketing solutions, specializing in the marketing, sales, and customer service aspects.
·      Expand our clients' service portfolio in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, particularly within the marketing domain, with creative solutions.
·      Drive process optimization within the marketing module and actively contribute to the development of industry standards for best practices.
·      Take on diverse technical responsibilities related to the marketing module, including partial project management.
·      Make a valuable contribution to our financial success by carefully managing cost calculations and ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
 
*Requirements: *
·      Degree in a relevant subject.
·      Substantial professional experience in management consulting or executing CRM solutions, with a strong focus on the Marketing module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
·      Possess specialized knowledge in at least one of our primary sectors, including retail, manufacturing, or professional services.
·      Proficient in agile project methodologies with a passion for delivering process-centric advice within the marketing context.
·      Ability to gauge effort and effectively oversee marketing-related sub-projects or workstreams.
·      Foundational familiarity with technologies such as .NET/ASP.NET (C# or VB.NET), SQL Server (T-SQL), Reporting Services (SSRS), and JavaScript.
·      Either already hold or actively pursue a Microsoft certification in CRM/CE within the marketing module.
·      Stand out due to your commitment to quality, ability to thrive within a collaborative team, and results-driven work ethic.
·      Excel as a consultant, showcasing outstanding communication skills, adept consulting capabilities, and a persuasive and resolute demeanour.
·      Bring forth enthusiasm and enjoyment in collaborating with emerging technologies and like-minded peers.
·      Display adaptability and a readiness to engage in travel, facilitating face-to-face interactions.
