Dynamics CE Consultant – Field Service Module

Our client is an 800+ person consulting partner, expanding their capabilities in customer experience. As part of this exciting growth phase, they are looking for a skilled Dynamics CE Consultant, specializing in the Field Service module. This role provides the flexibility of 100% remote work in Germany, enabling you to make a significant impact from anywhere.
  
Your Role:
 
As a Dynamics CE Consultant, you will:
- Participate in project implementations within the Field Service module of Dynamics CE, from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate in agile teams to transform field service strategies into effective customer solutions.
- Support our sales team in presenting and delivering Dynamics CE Field Service solutions.
- Contribute to innovative solutions in field service operations, enhancing our service offerings in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Assist in optimizing processes within the Field Service module, adhering to industry best practices.
- Support project cost management and maintain budget adherence.

Your Expertise:
 
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in consulting or implementing CRM solutions, with a focus on the Field Service module of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Understanding of agile project methodologies, with an emphasis on field service processes.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies such as .NET/ASP.NET, SQL Server, SSRS, and JavaScript.
- Microsoft certification in CRM/CE, particularly within the Field Service module, is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English to effectively collaborate in European projects.
- A team-oriented and results-driven work ethic.
