Job Responsibilities- CI/CD & Application Lifecycle Management Specialist:

·      Collaborate closely with various teams to design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines.
·      Ensure the seamless execution of release management processes.
·      Maintain the stability, performance, and availability of our application landscape.
·      Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and modernize our processes.
·      Establish repositories, including Sandboxes, ScratchOrgs, and ScratchOrg Pools.
·      Work closely with partners to plan and execute setups.
·      Onboard internal team members, ensuring adherence to configuration policies and DevOps practices.
·      Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving cross-project pipeline issues.
·      Continuously enhance pipelines, scripts, and JSON files.
·      Manage packages such as SFS, CPQ, Vlocity, CGC, and NPSP.
 
Requirements - CI/CD & Application Lifecycle Management Specialist:
·      A solid foundation in GIT.
·      Proficiency in configuring pipelines and their interactions with various Salesforce modules, including command execution and setup.
·      Exceptional communication skills in both English and German.
·      In-depth understanding of MetaData and Salesforce architecture, encompassing SalesCloud and ServiceCloud.
·      A self-driven and organized work approach.
·      Ideally, prior experience with scripts, YAML, and JSON.
·      Strong project management skills to independently oversee and organize tasks.
