Account Executive

Salary: $120,000 base + double OTE (uncapped) 
Remote, US

Want to join a leading fintech company at the forefront of revolutionizing the payments industry with cutting-edge technology? They're experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Win new business and drive revenue, you'll own the entire sales cycle. 
- Book meetings using leads from marketing, cold calls, LinkedIn and email. 
- Lead discovery calls and take prospects through the full sales cycle.
- Continuously refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimize sales productivity and consistency.

What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years experience in sales, across SaaS or FinTech. Payments is a bonus.
- Proven track record of hitting or overachieving quota. 
- Experience with the full sales cycle, booking meetings from cold calls and your own leads.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport.
