Job description:
Our client is a certified Platinum business partner & reseller of Oracle who specialise in supporting and implementing its ERP applications across the Benelux and globally.

With a strong pipeline of projects entering the second half of the year, they are looking for a Solution Architect to join their growing team.

Main responsibilities:
- Translate customer business problems into software solutions and architecture.
- Support and coach a team of 25 Netsuite consultants and a support team, promoting self-organization.
- Collaborate with sales managers in pre-sales activities, including answering RFIs and analyzing customer needs.
- Participate in demos, presentations, and creating quotations and Statements of Work for customers.
- Implementing and monitoring initiatives regarding process optimization;
- Setting up and implementing programs to improve competencies (e.g. consultancy skills or presentation skills), in collaboration with the HR team

Your skillset:
- Multiple years experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite but open to other ERP experiences, including SAP, IFS, Microsoft, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse and/or design business processes
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Business Fluent in Dutch and English
