Software Engineer

Location: Manchester (3 days a week on-site)
Salary: £40,000-£60,000 DOE

We are partnered with a software company that is a market leader in their industry! 
 
You will be working alongside 10+ experienced developers who are passionate about innovation, dedicated to best practices, and always eager to share their knowledge. This is a hands-on role, suitable for engineers experienced with C#, .Net, Azure, and SQL and experience with IoT or remote hardware integration. 
 
This company prides itself on a strong culture and high-performing teams, therefore you will be based on-site 3 days a week from their Manchester-based site. 
 
You must live and have the full right to work in the UK. 
 
Required Skills and Experience:
- Over 3 years of commercial experience working with C#/.Net
- Proven experience working with Azure
- Solid experience with SQL server
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Experience with Windows Client & Windows Server Applications
- Proven experience with integration with remote hardware devices via TCP socket connections, HTTPS, bespoke protocols and third-party SDK’s
- Strong written and communication skills
- Positive attitude towards learning and working in a team environment
- Previous experience within the access control and/or time-and-attendance market is desirable
