We are partnered with the in-house consulting division of Europe's largest operators of energy networks and energy infrastructure and they are looking for an expert with a strong consulting background and experience in energy / utilities, to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

·      You are accountable for overseeing major Energy Network projects, supporting CAPEX growth, and driving the energy transition within the electrical network infrastructure, while also analysing and resolving complex challenges within the energy sector.
·      Build long-term relationships with clients in various business divisions and serve as a partner to senior management.
·      Assume leadership responsibilities for multinational teams and promote personal and professional development.
·      Together with the management team, you will help build their business and on eye-level be an expert responsible for functional management of their regional grid companies.
·      Steering and building up internal expertise and knowledge to accelerate thought leadership topics that will help manage and drive strategy and transformation.
 
Skills and Experience Required:

·      Master's degree from a reputable university.
·      Fluent in German, capable of presenting to German board members.
·      Experience in Digitalization within Energy Infrastructure.
·      Deep understanding of the Energy Industry and Distribution System Operators.
·      Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
·      Inspiring leadership qualities, motivating teams to achieve peak performance while nurturing their potential.
