We have partnered with an exciting start-up company who are in the midst of developing cutting-edge technology within the consumer electronics industry. The company in question are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join their small but ever growing R&D team in London, to contribute to the ongoing development of firmware which can be considered truly disruptive within their market. 

During what can be considered a key developmental and growth phase for the business, you'll be offered the opportunity to work within a small, yet multidisciplinary team, and to use your previous experience within the development of embedded systems to continue our client's culture of innovation and ground-breaking solution development. 

In addition to a formal qualification (BEng, MEng, PhD) within Electronics, Computer Science or a similar technical discipline, you will be capable of demonstrating experience within the following areas:
- Strong Embedded C/C++ programming skills
- Previous experience in developing software/firmware solutions for STM32 microprocessors (other brands of processors will also be considered)
- Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy/BLE would be beneficial
- Experience of end-to-end product lifecycle development is essential 
- A willingness to adapt to the challenges that come with working within a start-up company looking to disrupt a highly competitive market
