Responsibilities:
- Assist in the launch of innovative products.
- Partner with the Product Owner to gain a comprehensive understanding of product features and value propositions, contributing to the development of the product roadmap.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals for the company's software solutions.
- Work with the marketing team to create campaigns, promotions, and materials to support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to pinpoint opportunities and challenges, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Keep current with industry developments, product features, and market trends to effectively position the company's products and set them apart from competitors.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in sales management with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the B2B technology/software industry, particularly within the EDA sector.
- Strong grasp of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach and a commitment to surpassing goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities focused on growth and achieving results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools for tracking performance, analysing data, and making informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients, attend meetings, and represent the company at events.
