Sales Development Representative

Location: New York, United States (2-3 days in the NYC office)
Flexible PTO
Salary: Base of $50,000 with commission potential up to $20,000

The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a team of passionate, ambitious SDR's. The company are a fast growing SaaS scaleup that have just got their Series B.  

What You Will Be Doing:
- Identify and engage target accounts to secure qualified meetings for Sales Executives.
- Execute outbound campaigns using a mix of phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Follow up with leads generated by Marketing from various channels such as content downloads, webinars, and events.
- Clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
- Understand key personas to achieve desired outcomes from prospect engagement.
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with potential customers.
- Make a positive impression on prospects with timely, relevant, and compassionate responses.
- Coordinate effectively between sales, marketing, and product teams.

Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, willing to go the extra mile for success.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a metric-driven setting.
