Quality Systems Engineer

Location: Gatwick
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months+
Rate: Up to £55 per hour (Umbrella Rate)

About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Quality Systems Engineer to work in aircraft Maintenance & Modification environment. The Quality Systems Engineer will be an approved Lead Auditor who will create and take ownership of an Audit programme for internal and external stakeholders.
 
Quality Systems Engineer Deliverables:
- Take responsibility for Audit process Internal, Supplier, Customer and Regulatory authorities
- Review systems, policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvement
- Investigate non-conformances, analyse trends and plan/implement corrective actions

Quality Systems Engineer Person Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of and experience in Part 145 Regulatory environment
- Qualified Lead Auditor
- Knowledge and experience of CAA, EASA or FAA regulations and ability to interpret requirements & expectations for Safety and Compliance of the same
 
Desirables:
- Human Factors experience and / or qualification
- Work place and operational Safety
