Project Controls Lead (EPCM)

Location: Manchester 
Salary: £60k - £70k + Car Allowance 
Job Type: Permanent 

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controls Lead for EPCM projects to join our team based in Manchester. Our expertise lies in managing and delivering technically complex projects, ensuring they stay on course, within budget, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to track performance.
- Manage cost tracking, scheduling, and risk management.
- Create and issue timely project control deliverables and progress reports.
- Provide leadership to planning engineers, schedulers, and cost engineers.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring.
- Advise on time and cost-related variations and claims.
- Develop and maintain project work breakdown structure and control budgets.
- Monitor progress against schedules and ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Significant experience in project controls on EPCM projects within the process/industry sectors.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
