PP&E CAD Manager 

Location: Reading (2-3 days per week onsite)
Salary: £55-65k + Benefits

Role Overview: 
We are seeking a skilled Client-Side CAD Manager to oversee a team of Mechanical CAD Designers & Engineers, supporting our Manufacturing Engineers, Operational Facilities, and Production Agencies. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure alignment with client standards, develop and implement CAD standards, drive continual improvement, and manage project budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and align Mechanical CAD services with client standards.
- Develop and implement CAD standards for Process Plant & Equipment.
- Drive efficiencies and continual improvement within the service.
- Provide comprehensive CAD solutions, managing projects with a one-stop-shop approach.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring profitable delivery and robust project controls.
- Govern estimating methodologies for audit compliance.

Requirements:
- Degree or HNC/D in Engineering or equivalent.
- Leadership experience in a similar field.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and related software.
- Experience in integrating Mechanical CAD deliverables with other systems (e.g., BIM, GIS).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing & engineering processes.
- Ability to achieve and maintain DV security clearance.

Application Note: This role requires on-site presence 2-3 days per week. Security clearance up to DV level is essential.
