One of Germany's largest IT Hardware distributors are seeking a Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant to join their team in Germany. They implemented Business Central two years ago and are now needing an Inhouse Specialist to enable smooth communication from business departments through to external ERP providers. 

You will work closely with colleagues from various departments, you will collaborate on the development of new business processes and system specification within the business. In addition, you will work closely with service providers to test applications, address any errors, and organize user training.
An essential part of your responsibilities will involve managing the interfaces between Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central and third-party systems.

Responsibilities:
- Work with business departments to understand their requirements and design BC solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and customize BC modules, forms, and reports using AL programming languages.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with BC applications and provide technical support to clients.
- Integrate BC solutions with third-party applications and systems.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure that development practices align with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed. 

Skills:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in BC development.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational database design.
- Good understanding of business processes and how that should work with the ERP system. 
- Speak fluent German and good English. 
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
