About the Maintenance Engineer opportunity
 
Our client produce and package Food & Beverage products at their sites in South Manchester and they are looking for an Electrically-biased Multi-Skilled Shift Technician who will be responsible for looking after Maintenance, Repair and Continuous Improvement of a busy FMCG site.
 
Maintenance Engineer Deliverables
- Provide Engineering Support for production activities, including Planned Preventative Maintenance and Breakdowns
- Striving for Continuous Improvement through Process Improvement opportunities and implementing change
- Provide electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and process maintenance cover

Maintenance Engineer Person Requirements
- Relevant Electrical Qualification, e.g. HNC
- Ability to fault-find and resolve faults on Electrical & Automation equipment e.g. PLCs
- Electrical-biased, Multi Skilled Technician / Engineer
- Experience in FMCG industry or similar production environment
