Laboratory Analyst ( Particulates)

We are looking for an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee our Particulates Test Laboratory and manage a comprehensive testing program for our cutting-edge technologies. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will work autonomously to drive accurate analysis, deliver insightful performance reports, and enhance product development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage test laboratories, dust chambers, and a Junior Lab Technician.
- Develop and implement test specifications in collaboration with the Particulates Development team.
- Analyze and report on testing outcomes to support Engineering and Commercial teams.
- Ensure product repeatability and reliability under test.
- Manage supplies and liaise with external Test Houses as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in product testing.
- Understanding of air-borne particulates, real-time monitoring, and mass calculations is a plus.
- Supervisory experience and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential.
