IT Security Manager

Remote working, ideally based in either Romania, Germany or Czechia (although other European locations can be considered)
Salary range approximately €80,000-100,000 plus excellent benefits package
 
Are you:
- An experienced leader in IT, Cyber and/or Information Security?
- Experienced in an industry such as automotive, manufacturing, engineering, utilities, energy or any other sectors that have factories and relevant technologies as part of their estate?
- Familiar with working for an organisation that has multi-national operations?
- Able to demonstrate your experience owning the IT Security estate and roadmap within an organisation?
- Experienced taking organisations from ISO 27001 non-compliance to compliance and continually maintaining that status?
- Familiar with managing the IT Security of an organisation in collaboration with 3rd party suppliers?

I am currently working with Solero Technologies to help them find a new IT Security Manager for their impending acquisition and expansion of Kendrion's EU and US automotive business.
 
As part of this acquisition, a new IT Security Manager is essential to not only be responsible for the whole of the Cyber/Information Security landscape within the organisation but also ensure that the new entity achieves ISO 27001 compliance and maintains that as a minimum standard.
 
By joining this new venture early, you will be part of some very exciting growth planned, which in turn will lead to plenty of opportunities for professional development. The organisation has plans to expand into new territories in the very near future and has massive aspirations for financial achievement, all backed by huge investments. This expansion will expose you to a multitude of challenges, potentially give rationale to expand your team and will give the opportunity to progress to a CISO-level role.
 
Ideally, you will live in Romania, Germany or Czechia as this is where the organisation currently has hubs. However, we're open to candidates from across Europe. It's more important for us that it's the right candidate rather than the location.
