Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with key users and solution management to coordinate changes and optimizations, aiming to enhance end-to-end processes.
- Managing the administration and configuration of the global ERP system.
- Understanding and incorporating the requirements of internal and external customers into the product backlog.
- Observing business processes in the field to identify optimization opportunities.
- Developing concepts and assuming project management responsibilities, such as international rollouts.
- Resolving reported faults and problems from the field via the service desk.
- Generating queries using SQL.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business informatics or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in administering an ERP system, preferably IFS Applications 10, within a global context.
- Fundamental understanding of business processes in manufacturing companies.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements, translate them into concepts, and implement them.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Experience in software development (e.g., .NET) is advantageous.
