As a leader in the ERP team, you will oversee the ongoing operation of the IFS Cloud ERP. You will translate business requirements into IFS functionalities, recommend process and functionality implementations, and design and specify changes within the IFS Cloud ERP. You will collaborate with various business departments to ensure optimal and efficient ERP utilization.
  
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ERP operations and ensure proper utilization within the ERP team.
- Configure the IFS Cloud ERP to meet company needs.
- Analyze system effectiveness by coordinating with other departments.
- Lead the ERP team in defining, planning, scheduling, and rolling out updates and upgrades to the ERP, aligning with business and customer needs.
- Support continuous improvement of the IFS Cloud ERP.
- Manage relationships with third-party hosting providers/integrators and participate in IFS support communities.
  
Duties:
- Gather business requirements and coordinate with responsible teams.
- Implement and improve activities as needed.
- Lead and take ownership of incidents, coordinate resolutions, and communicate effectively with affected users.
- Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies support ongoing ERP operation with minimal disruption.
- Develop a strong understanding of business and customer requirements to effectively deliver the IFS Cloud ERP.
- Build strong relationships with different teams for effective inter-departmental communication.
- Foster strong relationships with external suppliers for hosting and integration.
- Lead, support, and develop ERP team members.
  
Support:
- Assist the Data Team in creating reports.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team to ensure the financial position of the business is accurately represented in the IFS ERP.
- Act as a senior advisor to the leadership team on ERP topics.
  
Required Qualifications / Experience
- 5 years’ experience in IFS ERP Business Analyst or Development role.
- Experience with IFS Cloud
  
Required Competencies:
- High competence in IFS Cloud
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives and projects.
- Resilient, tenacious, and hands-on with a positive attitude and ability to work in a modern tech environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
