The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join a growing, Series A funded, GenAI start-up.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand customer challenges and identify opportunities for our AI solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our products to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to ensure customer success.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to the product team to inform the development of new features and improvements.
Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably within the AI or technology sector.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling to C-Level decision makers.
- Experience meeting and exceeding quota.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
